NOTES FROM PATTERN:

Capelet is worked back and forth in rows. Circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
Stitches of Mock Cables are purled, wrapping yarn twice around needle on previous row. Extra wrap will be dropped on mock cable row to allow stitches to be manipulated easier.
