Or One colour: 76 yards / 70 meters.

Green / Cream: Rowan purelife Revive, shade: 00464 granite,
Rowan purelife Organic cotton 4ply, shade 760 rhubarb.
Or Pink: Louisa Harding Rossetti, shade 3.

Size UK10 US3 3.25mm needles (Organic cotton)
Size UK12 US2 2.75mm needles (Revive).
Or Size UK4 US10 6mm needles (Louisa Harding Rossetti)

dpns to match needle size (used for making i-cords).

Waste yarn and crochet hook for provisional cast on. (If this technique is preferred.)
