Everyday Jacket

Everyday Jacket is a nice long cardigan that can almost be used as outerwear. It’s knitted in an easy inelastic rib stitch pattern, which gives the cardigan a character.
Everyday Jacket is worked top-down and triple stranded (1 strand of each quality) throughout. Back and front parts are worked in an inelastic rib stitch pattern, and sleeves are worked in stockinette st. Work starts at the neckline border. Then the yoke is worked with raglan inc’s. Sleeves are separated from the body and each part is worked separately. Pockets and pocket borders are worked. Finally sts are picked up along front parts and the button bands are worked. The only assembly is the pockets, which are sewn to the WS.

This design is simple, with many nice details.
