The top is worked from the bottom up in two parts. Its short sleeves are worked seamlessly with the body. The collar is knitted on after the side and shoulder seams have been joined.

DIFFICULTY
Intermediate – simple increases and decreases, backward loop cast on, lace and simple finishing.

MEASUREMENTS
Finished chest circumference: 21 ½ (24 ½, 26 ½, 29 ½, 32) in / 53 (61, 67, 74, 80) cm.

The top is designed to be worn with about 1-2 in / 2.5-5 cm of positive ease, please refer to the schematic for exact measurements.

YARN
Malabrigo Silky Merino (51% silk / 49% merino wool; 50g / 150 yards / 135 m), burgundy; 3 (3, 4, 4, 4) skeins.
Substitute with approximately 380 (430, 480, 530, 580) yards / 350 (390, 430, 470, 520) metres of DK weight yarn.
