3, 2, 1….Jump!

Inspired by my favourite space opera - Battlestar Galatica, Faster than Light is a bias shawl combining garter stitch, stripes and lace. This striking asymmetric wrap is a fun, “faster-than-light” knit.

Vanitas DK from Outlaw Yarn is the perfect yarn for this shawl – soft and snuggly and available in a wide range of co-ordinating colours.
Yarn requirements:
1 skein in MC (100g/200m)
1 skein in CC (100g/200m)

Designer’s sample shown in MC: Knowledge (blue) and CC: Vanity (gray). Used approx 90g of each colourway.

Pattern includes both written and charted instructions for the lace sections.
Pattern has been test knit and tech edited.
