Pattern description from Alterknits: “This tank is worked in one color and then embellished with novelty yarn sewn into the rib panel to create the look of a ruffle. Ribbon alone or a combination of ribbon and yarn work just as well for the ruffle. Experiment to figure out what you like best.”
