Ferry Beach
Ferry Beach State Park is located on the coast of Southern Maine. It’s a quiet beach where the gentle waves wash beautiful sea shells onto the sands. A small tidal pool is home to starfish, sand dollars and hermit crabs. It’s a picturesque beach where I spent many summer days as a child combing the sands for shells and sea glass. These socks are reminiscent of the shells that wash up on the shore and the patterns in the sand from the waves and tides.
The Ferry Beach pattern is written as a cuff down sock. Instructions are given for using four double pointed needles, but can be converted for magic loop, two circulars or your preferred sock knitting method.
Both charted and written instructions are included.
Sized for womens S, M, L to fit a foot 7.5”, 8.5”, 9.5” in circumference.
