This is a very basic fingerless mitt/hand warmer pattern.

There is only one size available, to fit 6” to 6.5” wrist, although so long as cast on is a multiple of 4 you can easily amend it as instructions are made to measure as you go along. If making for someone else you may want to have a card board cut out of their hand for the measurements.

The gauge given is for the aran weight yarn on 4mm needles (20 sts per 4”).
The DK gauge is 24sts per 4”
(sorry I can’t measure the sock weight as I gifted them to a friend.)

The sock pair took approx 50g, DK approx 40g and aran approx 50g.

Materials needed are:
2mm/3mm/4mm DPNs/circular needle (depending on yarn weight)
Spare needle (DPN)
Sock yarn/DK yarn/Aran yarn
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Stitch markers

Skills needed:
Circular knitting (DPNs or circular needle)
Knit stitch
Purpl stitch
M1 stitch
Knit front and back of stitch
