First Frost – it happened just last night. The cool, crisp morning was glittering with magical crystals on the foliage.
To capture the early morning we need a colorwash of shades from the frost through foliage, the pale morning sky and the deep silhouette of trees. The pattern includes inspiration and instructions to help create your own colorwash with 2 strands of fingering weight yarns held together. First Frost’s colorwash is blended even further by a series of textured stitches. If you don’t add the sassy pompom the hat is completely reversible.

The pattern has both written and charted instructions.

Look for the First Frost Cowl to complete the set.
