Flower Garden

A Second Treasury of Knitting Patterns
Knitting
January 1998

From the Stitch Description: Mary, Mary couldn’t possibly be contrary, with a garden of these pretty posies blooming all over her sweater, or in a single horizontal band around the border of her skirt. Or, she could use a single flower motif in a vertical panel treatment, with a panel of 13 stitches - 6 purl stitches each side of the flower. Although the motif requires 12 rows for completion, each flower, like a bobble, is made out of just one stitch.
