Unicorns! Who doesn’t love unicorns? Not this girl! I recently made a unicorn mug cozy that I loved so much, I wanted to use the ‘face’ of the unicorn for something else… but it doesn’t really work so well on a blanket or a scarf, and I’d just made a giant unicorn plushie, so I was a bit plushie-d out.
Inspiration struck accidentally - I recently learned how to make socks, so I was knitting my socks off (ha!) around Christmas time making lots of homemade presents for everybody when I realized… my own feet were getting kind of cold. And I had all this fluffy white yarn left. So the only next logical step was unicorn socks, of course!
I hope you enjoy making these as much as I did! These socks are toe-up, and can be worked two-at-a-time. They use a variety of techniques which I did not come up with myself, but which will be linked in the document.
