This is a cosy cardigan that helps to show off your curves with braids and cables that integrate the shaping. It’s length and the vertical cabling have an overall lenghtening and figure friendly effect. The bust increases are worked mainly in the front pieces of the cardigan to improve the fit even more. There are also instructions for optional bust darts included. A little positive ease (2.5cm/1”) brings out the cables and braids without being restraining. To make sure the fit is great this cardigan is sized in 5cm/2” steps.

The Gardening Cardigan is worked bottom-up in one piece featuring set-in short row sleeves that are knit in the round. The front braids wind around the neck to meet in the back and form a nice collar. In this pattern the cables and braids are charted.

Sizes: The pattern is written for 32(34,36,38,40,42)“/82(87,92,97,102,107)cm bust circumference, the finished measurements include 2,5cm/1” positive ease.

Skill Level: Suitable for intermediate to advanced knitters. The cables and braids are charted. There are also instructions for optional bust darts included.
