The Geneva bag is knitted in the round with circular needles. The bag is knitted in stockinette stitch except for a part in the middle where a pattern is knitted. I have used a cast-off method that prevents the edge from rolling. A video of this can be found under highlights on my Instagram @strikkeulla
You can also cast off with knit stitches and crochet around with single crochet to prevent the edge from rolling.
