Here is an outside of the box tea cozy! For those who don’t like cutsie, but do like tea!

It’s stranded colorwork using one skein in each of two colors of madelinetosh “Tosh Dk”. This is a luxurious, superwash merino; colors in photo are Logwood (purple) and Onyx (black).

This is worked in the round beginning with the bottom ribbing and closed at the top with a 3-needle bind off. The only shaping is on either side of the top of the skull. So, all in all, this is a pretty quick knit. The directions are written for the ribbing, then you will work from an easy to read chart. The design is repeated twice over each round.
