The mittens feature the use of colors in small and large motifs while the hat band features the larger motif. The Got You Covered Hat and Mittens feature simple patterns that use only two colors each round and are perfect for knitters of any skill level. This colorwork set with its extra warmth is perfect for gift giving and would surely be cherished by a teacher, dog walker, bus driver or teenage babysitter alike.

Finished measurements: Mittens - circumference approximately 7 (7.5, 8)”, length - 12” approx.; Hat - 22”

Yarn: 1 skein each of Valley Yarns Northampton (100% Wool, 247 yds/100g) in colors Twilight Heather (color A), Medium Grey (color B), Raspberry Heather (color C), and White (color D)

Needles: US size 7 and 8 needles, Mittens - 40” in each size, Hat - 16” in both sizes and dpn in smaller size

Gauge: 5.5 sts and about 7 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch AND colorwork
