Grafit is a buttoned and oversized V-neck cardigan with drop shoulder. The back and the sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch while the fronts of the cardigan feature twisted stitches that look like bright cables but lay flat and avoid a bulky look.
The cardigan is worked from the top down. The neat edges along the front opening and the buttonholes are worked simultaneously with the fronts.
The tapered sleeves provide a modern look. Thin pipings along the back neck, the sleeves and the body hem complete the neat edges.
The fronts are charted only.

Grafit is worked with an Aran-weight yarn and may replace a jacket or coat. Because of the classic style it can be worn for many seasons.

YARDAGE
6 (6, 7, 8, 9)(9, 11, 12, 13) skeins Illîmani Amelie or approx. 855 (995, 1040, 1225, 1355)(1455, 1720, 1850, 1990) yd / 780 (860, 950, 1120, 1240)(1330, 1570, 1680, 1820) m Aran-weight yarn to obtain given gauge

Sample is shown in size L in color ZK55 Charcoal.

If you want to change the length, 1 pattern repeat = 16 rows or 3” / 7 cm in height and uses approx. 80 (85, 95, 100, 110)(120, 130, 140, 155) yd / 70 (75, 85, 90, 100)(110, 120, 130, 140) m.

Everybody knits differently, so given yardage is an estimate.
