The delicate lace and green-gold color of these mitts are reminiscent of a steaming cup of pale green tea laced with honey. Like the short steeping time of a high quality green tea, these mitts are super quick to knit.

This is part of my Caffeiknitted collection ebook which celebrates the symbiotic relationship of knitters and their caffeine as they approach a deadline. Latte Art is also in this collection. Two more patterns, Energize, a fingering weight tank with colorwork bands, and Bubbles and Ice, a soda themed sock, are coming soon.
If you buy the ebook now, you can get it for $12 and will receive the other patterns when they are released. Once all of the patterns are released the price will go up to $16.

Materials
• 1 skein Malabrigo Silkpaca, 70% alpaca, 30% silk 50g, 420 yds, shown in Pollen
• US sz 2/2.75mm, or size needed to obtain gauge
• yarn needle for weaving in ends
• narrow ribbon
• locking st marker

Gauge
These are swatch-sized mitts, so knit one mitt and block it to determine if you have the correct gauge. The finished mitt should match the dimensions shown in the schematic.

Notes
• Sts on each edge of the mitts create a knitted on i-cord edging. Make sure to work these sts loosely.
