Green Wood was designed by Kerstin Olsson in 1960. Despite its name, the pattern colors are vibrant greens and turquoises rather than dark woodsy green. It can be difficult to tell some of the pattern colors apart so knitters should take care and compare the chart with the actual color numbers of their yarns while they are knitting the yoke.
