This square design is knitted from the center out.
It’s the flowers that make it grow and it includes a
border with even more flowers. The pattern includes both written and charted instructions.

Yarn requirements: highly variable since the
number of repeats can be changed. Use needle size
suitable for your yarn and how lacy you would like
the finished object to be. You need double pointed
needles for the start and circular needles when your
project gets larger. Four stitch markers.

Shawl sample is knitted in Grignasco Merinosilk
75% merino, 25% silk; 1533 yd/1402 m per 100g
skein
it used 60 grams knitted on 3.5mm (US
4) needles. The Floral Growth chart was worked
19 times. Blocked size is 110 x 110 cm (43 x 43
inches).

Blanket sample is knitted in Sandnes Garn Lanett
100% merino; 213 yd/195 m per 50g skein it used
95 grams knitted on 2.5mm (US 1 ½) needles. The
Floral Growth chart was worked 11 times. Blocked
size is 55 x 55 cm (22 x 22 inches).
