Some of the most beautiful flowers are the simple ones, the ones that can be used in any type of arrangement and that never go out of style. This design is my tribute to them. I first made this as a blanket for my daughter, then a matching shawl for me.
This square design is knitted from the center out. It’s the flowers that make it grow and it includes a border with even more flowers. The pattern includes both written and charted instructions.
Yarn requirements are highly variable since the number of repeats can be changed. Use needle size suitable for your yarn and how lacy you would like the finished object to be. You need double pointed needles for the start and circular needles when your project gets larger. Four stitch markers.
