You love your fingerless gloves, don’t you? Well, odds are good that your little one would love a pair, too!

Knit in a fluffy wool, these mitts are bulky and warm, but leave your child’s fingers free to hold onto the swing set, pick up sticks and pet the neighbor’s kitty on a cool fall day.

The Half-Pint gloves knit up quickly (all the better for making Christmas gifts). The moss stitch makes for a fun, nubbly texture, while the ribbed cuff allows plenty of room for growth, so your little one should be comfy in these for a long time. (Plus, the yarn softens with age, so the more often they’re worn, the cozier they get!)

NEW! The pattern now includes “Mama” size, so you can knit yourself a pair of gloves (while you’re at it).
