This is so simple and one of my very favorite hat patterns so far. The lines are clean and would look nice on a hat for a man or a woman.

If you really hate purling, this won’t be the hat for you. But come on, isn’t it time to get over that purling aversion - it’s just part of knitting after all.

This hat is so easy and is wonderful for those times you need some mindless knitting to keep your hands occupied.
