This summer I finally had a chance to visit my hometown and spend time with my family and friends. I also had a chance to stroll around the city and see favorite places, to find the new ones.

It’s all in here… little things that inspired me: flowers, ash berries, maple trees, old buildings with beautiful ironwork, cupolas on the cathedrals… All interweaved into a lace shawl.

Top-down shawl with Estonian influence. Lace can be worked from written instructions or charts. Nupps can be substituted with beads.

I tried to stay within one skein, but you can repeat chart(B) as many times as you want before moving on to the next part.
