A self striping yarn and an interesting texture makes this a gorgeous squishy blanket.

It is a simple and quick knit, with no picking up for borders, and only 4 rows to the pattern.Worked in a chunky easy care yarn you could easily substitute a different weight; a plain colour or work in separate stripes to use up scraps.

Three sizes are given but as the pattern is a two stitch repeat it is easy to play around with dimensions.
