The Icelaska Collection is a line of knitwear inspired by the hearty children of the northern latitudes. Bundled up in layers of colorful wool, they aren’t deterred by the cold. This pullover vest is designed with wide ribbing, garter stitch accents and a shawl collar. A versatile and wearable layer to keep your kids looking adorable and feeling cozy and warm while they think about more important things than the weather.

Construction Notes
This vest is knit in the round, from the bottom up. Once you reach the underarms, work the front and the back flat then join together at the shoulder seams with three needle bind off. Now the special touches begin. Pick up the stitches on the arm holes and edge in a garter stitch border. Finally, pick up stiches around the neck and knit using short rows to form a shawl collar.
