This triangular shawl was designed in the beginning of Rosie’s Moments journey into the indie dyeing world, so it seemed only right to name the shawl “In The Beginning”.
Worked flat, and knitted from the top down, this shawl is a quick knit, suited to all levels of knitter, from beginner to advanced, a perfect project for travelling or whilst watching tv.

The shawl photographed was knit using Rosie’s Moments 120g 4 ply Singles: 65% Merino, 25% Silk, 15% Yak. The Pattern repeat was worked a total of SEVEN times, however, a single 100g skein, would be enough to work the repeat a total of 6 times, still giving you a great size shawl.

The shawl photographed was worked on 4 mm needles. The gauge really isn’t important, use a needle size to obtain a nice soft drape, ensuring you leave enough yarn to knit the edging rows, and bind off.
