The instructions describe how to work it in all individual sizes.

Estimated yardage (Zauberball Stärke 6): depending on size, approx. - children up to size 98 = 1 ball, 104-134 = 2 balls, women’s size S/M (36-42) = 3 balls, L/XL (44-50) = 4 balls. One ball more per four sizes.
Estimated yardage (Filace Moira): depending on size - children up to size 98 = 100 g, 104-116 = 150 g, 122-134 = 200 g. Women’s sizes: 36/38 (S) = 300 g, 40/42 (M) = 350 g, 44/46 (L) = 400 g, per double size 50 g more.
