She has a removable cap but a good deal of sense, so please don’t place her next to Mr. Collins at any time.

To make Austen, I strongly recommend having soft baby yarn of any brand (Red Heart Soft, Bernat Baby, Caron Soft, etc.) for the dress and cap. Stitches are straightforward and include sc, HDC, and DC. Her hair also includes a few cluster stitches, but the pattern includes complete instructions for those, as it does for the few DC2tog decreases. There are numerous pictures to help you as you work.
