Motifs borrowed from antique Japanese fabrics, adapted for knitting and set in a soft wool and alpaca blend fingering weight yarn.

The cowl is knitted in the round, thee motifs stranded and teh finished cowl is then folded at the picot rounds and the last round of knitting is grafted to the cast on round. Completely reversible

Cowl is 22 inches around and 9 inches deep.

Each of the 3 colours takes about 45 to 50 g of yarn so about half a skein of each
