My friend Jag lives in Boston, and needs a light scarf to block what sun there is from her sensitive skin. I wanted something classy that reflected her style, and that she could wear around the office.

This pattern is easily adjustable for other size yarns and needles, but if you use a yarn that does not drape well, I recommend that you add a 3-stitch garter stitch border to each side to avoid curling.
