Kina is the New Zealand word for “sea urchin” you know those prickly round sea creatures.

This is my version, knit it, felt it, then stick pins in it!

this is a very intuitive pattern, maybe not good for beginners, as yarn thickness and needle size is up to you - there is no gauge - but loose is good, due to having to felt later, but if you have some experience you will enjoy the quick cleverness of this pattern - please use all resources available to you.
