These fingerless mitts are worked in the round using either magic loop or double pointed needles. The mitts feature a cabled knot pattern and a seed stitch grip over the palm. The thumb is constructed by increasing stitches on one side to create a gusset. The cabled knot is both written and charted. Techniques used include casting on, knitting, purling, cabling left and right, knitting front and back, knitting two together, backwards loop cast on, and binding off.
