I’m a psychologist…. I’ve created a hat to keep your lobes warm, be they frontal, temporal or just your earlobes! And what’s better is that there are options for everyone. From no layers to three.

Mix and match colours, cast ons, and textures to your hearts content with this layered hat and create something simply striking. I urge you to hack this pattern and post notes on your project pages!

Sizes range from 18 to 22 inches.

You will need

A total of 100g of 4ply/fingering weight yarn.

Two sets of 3mm needles, anything you use to work in a small circle, be it magic loop or DPNS’s.

stitch marker.

All the regular jazz - scissors, tapestry needle, tape measure

I would say this is an intermediate pattern. The knowledge of knitting, purling, (provisional) casting on and binding off, German short rows, twisted German cast on, and decreasing.
