This lovely infinity scarf is very versatile. You can wear it doubled around your neck for extra warmth, or let it hang loosely as a fashion statement. Knit it for half the length for a simple cowl, or make it even longer for a triple neck wrap. You can also make it with fingering weight yarn for a lighter cowl, or worsted weight for an extra thick neck-warmer.
The pattern is easy to work with its chart or written directions. The ends are joined with the Kitchener stitch to make a simple loop. There are also directions to make it as a traditional scarf which isn’t joined at the ends. You get 2 patterns in one!

Finished measurements are unblocked: 45” around x 7” wide.

Yarn: 273 yards sport weight. Scarf was knitted using 1 ball of Knitpicks Brava Sport; 100% Premium Acrylic; 273 yards/100 grams; in color—Cornflower. (If a longer scarf is desired, you will need another ball of yarn).

Needles and Notions: 1 pair size U.S. 6 straight needles; and yarn needle for working Kitchener stitch to join and weaving in ends. Contrasting scrap yarn to use for provisional cast on.
