Lucca has a wonderful retro vibe with its wide-funnel neck, cropped body and tapered sleeves. It’s simple to knit and very cosy to wear. Lucca is sure to become a winter-wardrobe staple.

Pattern Notes
Lucca is knit using two strands of our fluffy ACM, which creates a very cosy fabric that is super light to wear. I used two different colours to create a fun marled effect.

The funnel neck is worked as a folded neckband, which adds to the cosiness of this sweater. The sweater is knit from the top down and also features raglan shaping and tapered sleeves.

Lucca was designed to be worn with 0-2.5” (0-6.5cm) positive ease around the bust. Yardages have been calculated for a cropped sweater (sitting at high hip) so, if you plan on making the body longer, make sure you add more yardage.

Having a range of cables for this project will come in very handy. I suggest 32″(80cm) for the body, and your preferred size for working small circumferences for the neck and sleeves.

Gauge
16.5 sts and 24 rows to 4”(10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch using larger needles.
