Inspired by the green theme of March and the thought of warm days ahead where one can wander the pathways of nature. Cables guide a meandering path up the right side of this block with soft patches of grass poking out, a reminder of the warm months to come, while a twisted trunk finds its way into the leafy treetop.

Includes a lined version of the pattern that highlights every other row for easier following.

This afghan block is the third block in a series of 12 for the Year of the Afghan at Kamille’s Yarn Shop in West Jordan, UT. Every first Tuesday of the month I will release the newest square.

Click here to purchase the e-book for $15 and on the first Tuesday of each month you will receive the updated copy with that month’s pattern without having to remember to upload it.

Join the KAL Group on Ravelry for updates, questions, help and to see everyone’s squares!

All squares will follow an outdoor scene theme and will involve different stitches and cables.
