Mermaid Tale is a one-sized capelet knit from sport weight yarn. A lovely lace pattern grows with the length of the capelet. Fabulous in variegated, solid, or semi-solid colored yarns.

Gauge does not have to be exact. Your finished project size will depend on your gauge.

Mermaid Tail uses approximately 800 yards of sportweight yarn. Sample is knit with 50% wool/50% silk yarn custom dyed by Old Man Wool Farm.

One button at the neck complements the yarn and completes the pattern.
