Metolius River Sweater is offered here.
*************************
Snuggle up safe and warm in soft, cozy ribbing inspired by the Metolius River and a rustic cabin in snowy woods.

This is a simple ribbed cowl pattern that is designed to match the Metolius River Sweater. I am happy to offer it to you separately as well. This is a great little neck-warmer and accessory to many sweaters and coats. Stay warm without the hassle of wrapping a scarf around your neck!

The cowl is worked top-down and in the round, starting in a 2x2 rib and increases are added strategically to stay in a ribbing pattern and providing nice drape at the bottom of the cowl.
Make it in some bright colors for gifts and to stay warm in cold weather.

Note: The pattern for the Metolius River Sweater must be purchased separately and it does include the cowl instructions, so if you purchased the Metolius River Sweater then you already have this cowl pattern! Likewise, if you plan to make the sweater you do not need to purchase this cowl pattern.

Finished Size:
8 inches / 20cm across at top and at least 11 inches /28cm across at bottom of cowl, and about 8 inches / 20cm tall.
Diameter measurements: 16 inches /40.5cm at the top and 22 inches / 56cm at the bottom.
