Do you ever find yourself knitting away in the wee hours because you just want to finish a few more rows, and then a few rows more? Midnight Craving was that sort of project for me.

This reversible crescent-shaped shawl features gentle ruffles, a pretty cabled braid, and a touch of lace. The main body is knitted in garter stitch from the top down. After a few quick set-up rows, every row of this section is the same, making it simple and portable ~ an ideal on-the-go project. The second part of Midnight Craving is easily memorizable and addictive, alternating a quick ruffle with a brief cabled section. Each ruffle and cable will feed your craving for progress, while tempting you to knit just a bit more!

Midnight Craving can easily be customized to your desired size as you knit. And although the pattern calls for fingering-weight yarn, you are welcome to substitute heavier or lighter yarns.

Fully written and charted instructions are included, so that you can use whatever works best for you.

Many thanks to the lovely and talented knitters who tested this pattern. Your thoughtful suggestions were much appreciated!
