This pattern is written in English. There is an element of mix and match to this little pattern for a small toy. You can choose from 2 options for the head either a bunny or a bear. You can also personalise your toy through your colour choices and you can knit the sweater in a single colour if you wish.

Purchase any 2 or more patterns and receive a 15% discount - you will need to add the patterns to your cart before checking out in order for the discount to be applied.

This pattern is suitable for intermediate knitting skills and it’s quite good for using up small amounts of yarn that you might not have another use for. Unlike my larger toys which have removable clothing, these small versions have all of the clothes knitted on with no removable parts, which makes them a suitable toy for a baby or small child. All of the pieces are knitted flat and seamed afterwards and are knitted in the same DK yarn weight throughout.

However you can choose to knit these in any weight of yarn, knitting in 4ply/fingering weight yarn with 2.5mm needles will give a smaller toy or use a worsted weight yarn with 3mm needles for a larger toy. For more yarn ideas and suggestions, take a look on the Ravelry project page to see what others have used.

Finished size: approx 14cm (5 1/2 inches) from toes to top of head (using DK weight yarn and 2.75mm / US 2 needles
