The Mini Marshmallow Squish! has no gauge, as it’s amigurumi. Working in the round the entire way through, with joins after each round, make it simple to have your own squishy little marshmallow friend!
The crocheted face, using worsted yarn, means it’s safe for smaller children as there are no pieces that can fall off. I did this on purpose for my own little one!
The Mini Marshmallow Squish! is made using super bulky yarn, so it’s super squishy! It’s very soft and plush. If you don’t have super bulky yarn, you can easily use two or three strands of worsted to get the same effect.
The use of HDC rather than SC all the way through means it works up very quickly! They can be made in 30-45mins, depending on how quickly you crochet. This is only an estimate.
You will need super bulky yarn, worsted yarn, a size K (6.5mm) hook, Polyfil or other stuffing, tapestry needles (large and small eyes), and scissors to make the Mini Marshmallow Squish! amigurumi.
The amount of yarn isn’t even half a skein per doll. For the face, I like to use bits from my scrap collection!
