Mirri is an Australian Aboriginal word meaning stars. Scores of eyelets dot this fabric like twinkling stars in the night sky.

Length (brim to top):
Slightly Slouchy: 7.5”/19cm
Super Slouchy: 10”/25.5cm

MATERIALS:
Yarn: 200-300 yds/180-275m 4ply/fingering weight yarn

Samples shown in Quince and Co. Finch (100% American Wool, 221 yd /202 m per 50g hank)
Slightly slouchy: Bird’s egg, 1 skein
Super slouchy: Iceland, 2 skeins
Needles:
US 3/3.25mm (or size required to obtain gauge) & US 2 ½ /3mm – 16”/40cm circular or dpns

Notions:
Darning needle
Stitch marker

GAUGE: 26 stitches & 44 rows = 4”/10cm in stockinette in the round with larger needles - blocked
