A lacy but not too lacy tip-to-cuff mitt
(or rather, knuckles-to-cuff)

Correction of chart error:
The big chart for the lacy version (last page).
After the thumb has been joined to the mitt.
Row 9 (thumb-gusset section): there are 2 separate p2tog. After each of those there is a p1. There should be No Stitch there.
In other words, the chart has 2 extra sts in the thumb that should not be there.

• knit it short or long, even opera-long
• knit lace pattern on one or both sides of the hand
• twisted double rib in the palm (or lace pattern)
