Designed for the “Spin A Shawl” group’s designer KAL starting in September 2014.

I wanted to create something that compliments the visual complexity of many handspun yarns while still being adjustable to the variable yardage/yarn weight inevitable with spinning. This crescent-shaped shawl is worked from the center out in a garter body with a chevron, geometric border. The pattern includes instructions on how to adjust the design for differing yardages/weights/etc. AND it includes instructions for three different geometric borders from which to choose. The pattern includes both charted and written instructions.
