This simple, one-skein fishnet shawl is easily worked up and blocks out to a lovely lace mesh. A half circular shape, it can be worn as a light shoulder covering or casually draped as a scarf. Nerieds are the female sea nymphs of Greek mythology, and I imagine this lacey little shawl being worn at night as you explore a deserted beach, or worked in cotton and wrapped at the hip sarong style.
