New Canaan is a worked-in-the-round infinity style cowl with instructions for 5 different yarn weights: Fingering, Sport, DK, Worsted or Bulky. So you can use any yarn you would like with this pattern!
New Canaan is simple enough that you can enjoy it while you are watching a movie or sitting with your knit group, but because of the texture stitch pattern it will still keep you interested. It’s also a good pattern if you are a beginner because it includes YouTube videos, including one that shows you how to “join to work in the round” (in case this is your first in-the-round project).
Sample in photograph is the sport-weight version using The Fibre Company’s Road to China Light (and it only took 2 skeins).
