This intricately cabled traditional sweater is supposed to
be the clan aran of the Casey family - and though such
stuff is really more myth than truth, it is a fun myth to
perpetuate.

This handsome design won a blue ribbon at the 2012 New York State Fair. It is wrought in an aran weight
pure wool available in beautiful heathered shades, with a
crew neck and comfortable raglan sleeves to minimise
the bulk.

Rope, honeycomb and diamond cables adorn almost
every square inch, making this heirloom garment as
beautiful as it is warm and functional. And you don’t
even have to be a Casey to wear it!
