Cardigan with slightly shaped armholes. Worked in round with
steeks. I do steeks at front neck, back neck, up front and armholes. No knitting back and forth.
Complete charts + written instruction included.
Small, 36” Med 43”, Large 51” with 30 sts / 4”
XL 54” follows large with larger needle and 28 rows / 32 rounds/ 4”
Three needle bind off for shoulders.
I shaped the armholes but not the sleeves.
Easy to do with steeks.
Small uses 8 balls, XL 12 balls of Finullgarn for background and 8 colors for pattern. Can be easily made with 1 pattern color.
Kauni would be a fun choice. I am anxious to see what you do with my “garden”
Trim is simple Purled twist with corrugated ribbing.
My inspiration was from a book of Hungarian embroidery from the 80’s.
