out of the blue
Combining several shades of blue and green takes true blue to a new level.

WIDE-COLLAR RIBBED PULLOVER
It’s hard to decide what’s more fun, making this sweater or wearing it. Three strands of yarn held together create a bulky-weight yarn, which doesn’t feel heavy when worn. I combined shades of blue and green for a subtle blend of colors, but there are infinite color combinations that would work—experiment!

Yarn
• 220 Wool by Cascade Yarns, 3 1/2oz/100g hanks, each approx 220yd/201m (Peruvian highland wool) YARN WT = 4
• 2 (3, 3, 3) hanks each in #9421 blue hawaii, #8894 Christmas green, and #9485 kentucky

GAUGE
14 sts and 17 rows to 5”/12.5cm over k1, p1 rib using 3 strands of yarn held tog and size 13 (9mm) circular needle (slightly stretched).
Take time to check gauge.
