Quick and easy, but very satisfying.

Mosaic knitting gives great colour effects without all the hassle of stranding. Knitting on the bias isn’t more difficult, but adds extra interest.

You can make it with self-striping or highly variegated yarn (two quite different effects).

The original was inspired by Lang Mille Colori Baby - it seemed perfect for this stitch (one I’d been planning to use for a while). The pattern is written for fingering weight yarn, but tips are provided for how to adjust for other weights.

Allow at least 100m/110yds of each yarn for a single loop.
Allow at least 200m/220yds of each yarn for a double loop.

ERROR - the size at the top of pg. 3 is for the single loop, not the double.
