Paloma (meaning: dove; peaceful) is a simple and lovely design which incorporates features of both our Turtle Dove sweater and Comfort Zone poncho patterns.

Knit in the round from the top down featuring twisted rib at the neck, sleeves, cuffs, and hem, Paloma is a straightforward raglan-style sweater with a boxy, slightly cropped silhouette. This modern shape is easy to wear over dresses and tunics or with high-waisted skirts and pants.

The combination of Mondim with a laceweight mohair yarn creates a warm and beautifully structured yet delicate fabric. When the weather turns cold, you will be reaching for this again and again. (Note, both Turtle Dove and Comfort Zone are also available as free pattern downloads on Ravelry).
